  • Once paid please share the screenshot to our customer support team via Whatsapp / Email  and we will proceed with the procedure further!!
  • Exchange orders may take up to 2-10 working days to be dispatched from our warehouse due to size unavailability !!

Second time exchanges are charged at Rs. 250/- !!

What are returns?

The return process involves a situation where a customer receives a product but, due to certain reasons, cannot use it and requests a refund.

As we do not offer REFUNDS currently, we also do not accept RETURNS.

(However, if you experience any size issue or receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange it for your desired product with the correct size.)

We offer Exchanges only when you meet the following criteria:

1 - Damaged or defective product received

2 - Wrong or different product sent

3 - Size exchanges

Note: We recommend checking the size chart on every product page to ensure you order the perfect size for you.

For any queries or issues, contact us via WhatsApp or call at 9794614726. We aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours (during business days, excluding holidays and weekends).

Also, we currently do not provide any REFUNDS.

Important: All queries will be resolved via email or WhatsApp only—not via calls—to maintain legal proof for every customer.

For cancellation of an order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs first. We will cancel the order from our end.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If a customer fails to meet the criteria or provides false reasons, exchanges are chargeable at INR 300/-.

Exchange requests are limited to one per order.

Exchange requests made after 96 hours (4 days) of delivery will not be accepted.

Once we receive your parcel, it will undergo a quality check by our team. All items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and include original tags and the invoice. If the items fail to meet these criteria, the exchange request will be denied, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Free size items are not eligible for any exchange or return.

FOR ORDERS BOUGHT UNDER "BUY 1 GET 1," "50% OFF SALE," OR ANY OTHER SALE:

We do not provide exchanges or refunds for products purchased under these sales.

If a customer still requests an exchange, they will be required to pay the shipping charges (Rs. 250/-) for both the pickup and delivery of the new product.

REFUNDS are not available for orders made during sales.
