Returns
We do not provide returns or remorse return, the only way to solve any issues with your order is Exchange, we provide 7-day exchange policy for any damaged and wrong item shipped from our side. To initiate the exchange please mail us at order.support@sushvogue.com and our team will handle your request as soon as possible.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have by using self shipping as we currently aren't able facilitate any reverse pickups nor our highly discounted products allows us to do the same, once your item arrives at our warehouse, and is inspected and approved for exchanged, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds unless it’s a special case and communicated to you over email or other contact channels we have. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with store gift card of equivalent amount within 10 business days. Please remember if you have cancelled any prepaid order, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@sushvogue.com or if you want to escalate to the direct account handling officer you can do so by emailing us at escalation.orders@sushvogue.com.
